After rolling over last week, Sydney has now been trying to crawl... however, she can't quite get moving...

Sydney is rolling around all the time now! She loves flipping on her stomach; however, once she gets there, she is never quite sure what to do next!!

All week Syd has been trying to roll over...and every time she does we miss it. We turn around and she is already on her stomach. Here she fools us into believing she is going to roll over as she reaches out for Lil Syd (her finger puppet doll).

Let it Snow!

On the threat of snow, NC shut down all its local schools (Duke not included) last night before a flake even fell to the ground. This severe winter blasting led to record accumulations of approximately 2 inches of snow.


Syd go to play outside in her first snowstorm!

Eagles loss :(

Syd (and mom) was all geared up for the NFC Championship game in her new Eagles outfit and ready to cheer!

At least Kristi will be happy to see the beard go, and glad to see Uncle Kevin still coming down for the baptism (Superbowl night). Another opportunity lost for the birds...oh well. But let's be honest, that was a pass interference call on 4 and 10 at the end of the game.

4 Month Doctor Visit

Syd had her four month (really almost 5 months now) doctor visit this morning.

She is now 25.6 inches tall and weighs 14 lbs, 13 oz....

She got round two of her vaccinations, on her first needle she didn't even cry and on the second one she only cried for a couple seconds. What a trooper!

Big Eagles Win!!!

We were able to get out and celebrate a big Eagles win against the Giants at Dain's!


Syd was able to convince Uncle Mark to become an Eagles fan


Syd is not quite sure what to think of Daddy's playoff beard...she is convinced it's better than Andy Reid's..though that doesn't mean a whole lot.
